Goodrich International/Highbeam Shoes, the most innovative and fresh shoes on the planet, Outdoor, and technology products, is seeking a dynamic footwear sales professional who has vision and can lead HB Brand development in districts across the US.
 
HB is a disruptive brand, that will change the footwear industry in 2020. 
 
The Territory Sales Rep will develop, execute and manage HB's wholesale sales distribution channel strategies in his/her territory.
 
Desired Skills and Experience A Qualified Territory Sales Representative will have: 
 
  • Proven track record in developing and building strong sales relationships with retailers, independents, and wholesalers 
  •  
  • Territory sales experience in the footwear industry. ·
  •  
  • Sales leadership. 
  •  
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key accounts and influence key stakeholders.
  •  
  • Business acumen, and the ability and tenacity to set and meet goals. 
  •  
  • Identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them. 
  •  
  • Results-oriented and proven accountability.
  •  
  • Passion for sales and brand development. 
 
  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience managing a territory or retail management experience in footwear.
